Policies & Terms of Service

Policy changes may occur without notice. The person(s) renting the cabin and/or the person(s) signing this policy
are  responsible for themselves and all members of their party. The  individual's agreement to and acceptance of
these policies is indicated by the individual's arrival on the property.
1.      Reservations:
a. Deposit:   A deposit equal to one (1) full night’s stay, including tax, is required for all reservations. The reservation
deposit must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Deposits can be made with Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, personal check or cash. Please let us know upon booking your cabin, the form of
deposit you would like to make. Even if you pay with personal check or cash, we will require a credit card number, for
extra charges or damages.
b. Guarantee and our Policies: All reservations are guaranteed, once the deposit is received. We will send you a
confirmation e-mail or letter the day we receive your reservation deposit. A copy of Bandera Resort and Sports Park’s
cabin policies will accompany your confirmation. We ask you to read all of our policies thoroughly. By arriving here at
Bandera Resort and Sports Park, you and each member of your group agrees to accept all terms and conditions of
our policies. The individual responsible for the actions of the group will be asked to sign a copy of our policies upon
your arrival.
c. Date Change:  We can change your reservation, to another date, if a cabin is available on those days. Please notify
us of this change at least 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date. If your arrival date is less than 2 weeks away,
we may be unable to make a change.
d. Shorten or Lengthen Stay:  If you shorten or lengthen your stay, you may owe additional money or we may be able to
refund some money, it all depends on the dates and the number of days. To shorten your reservation the change must
be made at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
e. Cancellation Policy: There will be a $25 charge for any cancellation more than seven (7) days from reservation date.
If you cancel within seven (7) days of your reservation you agree to pay one full nights stay. If you cancel, on your date
of arrival, you agree to pay for the entire booking. If Bandera Resort and Sports Park is able to rebook your room you
will only be responsible for $25 cancellation fee. There will be no refund for early checkouts.
2.      Minimum Age:  
You must be at least 21 years old to rent a cabin.
3.      Minimum Stay:
There is a minimum stay of two consecutive nights, per cabin, per visit.
4.      Maximum Occupancy:
Large Cabins MAXIMUM 8 people, Small Cabins MAXIMUM 6 people,San  Antonio MAXIMUM 10 people. Please do not
invite additional guests, over the maximum occupancy limits. Children and infants must be included in your
reservation. If extra guests, over the maximum occupancy limits, are found, your credit card or account will be
charged appropriately and/or you may be asked to leave immediately.
5.       Parties:        
You agree that you will not hold a party type social gathering or a wedding within the cabin.       
6.       Arrival:
All guests must check in, at office, upon arrival.  Please call 210-274-0293 or e-mail
leeanne@banderaresortandsportspark.com ,at least one day prior to arrival, to schedule an estimated meeting time.  
If you are arriving after 8p.m. please call us asap to make arrangements to pay your balance and receive instructions
on checking in. If you do not notify us, of your late arrival, your reservation may be subject to cancellation and your
deposit may not be refunded.
7.       Registration:
All guests must be registered prior to an overnight stay.
8.       Payment:
U.S. Funds required. You may pay with credit card, cash or personal check, to pay your reservation deposit. The
remainder of your bill can also be paid with credit card, cash or personal check. Your driver’s license number will be
taken with all forms of payment upon arrival. Full payment is due upon arrival. You will be charged an additional $25 for
any returned checks plus any additional costs of collection.
9.       Tax:
All rentals are subject to TX sales tax of 6% and a Bandera County sales tax of 6%.
10.     Pets:
Well mannered and housebroken (small) pets are permitted only in designated cabins with prior approval of Bandera
Resort and Sports Park. Pets must be on a leash, and not tied or left unattended outside of cabins. Pets are not
allowed on furniture, and may not be left alone in the cabin, unless in their own travel kennel.  If a pet is found in a
cabin not designated as pet friendly and we discover it before you leave or after you leave, but before the next group
arrives, the individual who made the reservation, signed the policies, and/or the paying party (person named on credit
card or check) will be held responsible and will be charged and/or billed a “sneaking in pet fee”, up to $250. The entire
group may be asked to leave immediately without a refund of any type.
11.     Bugs:
Please be aware we have our cabins treated on a regular basis. We will not be able to refund your reservation if you
see a bug or spider during your stay.
12.      Keys:
Upon check-in you will be issued one (1) set of keys to your cabin. If that set of keys is lost or stolen you must inform
us immediately. There will be a $25 charge for any set of keys not returned.
13.      Housekeeping:
The cabins are cleaned thoroughly before your arrival and after your departure. We do not enter your cabin during
your visit unless you require assistance. We do not provide daily maid service. Linens and towels are provided along
with basic kitchenware and utensils. A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels will be provided.
We do not provide shampoo. Upon arrival, please report any damages, shortage of supplies, or housekeeping issues
immediately. Please leave the cabin in acceptable condition. We reserve the right to charge up to $100 if extra
cleaning is required.
14.      Lost Items:
The cabins are thoroughly cleaned after your departure. If you have left an item(s), notify us immediately. Make sure
the office has your phone number and address prior to your departure. If we find something we think you may have left
by accident, we will contact you. Please contact us immediately, to inform us of any lost items.
15.      Damage/Missing Items:  
The individual who made the reservation, signed the policies, and/or paid for the reservation is responsible for the
replacement cost(s) of any and all damaged or missing items belonging to Bandera Resort and Sports Park. Notify us
of any and all losses caused by you or any individual in your group. If a loss is discovered during your stay or after your
group has left but before the next group arrives, the individual who made the reservation, signed the policies, and/or
the paying party, will be held responsible and will be charged (credit card will be
automatically charged) and/or billed for the replacement costs of those items.
16.      Smoking:       
Smoking is permitted outside of cabin only. Each cabin has a covered porch for your convenience. Dispose of
cigarette/cigar butts in specialized containers provided in those locations. We must keep the grounds litter-free for
the enjoyment of all of our guests. If anyone smokes inside the cabin and it is discovered during your stay or after your
group has left but before the next group arrives, the individual who made the reservations, signed the policies, and/or
paying party will be held responsible and will be charged and/or billed a damage fee up to $250.
17.      Liability:
Each person who arrives on the property does so at their own risk and accepts full liability and responsibility for that
risk and whatever occurs to them while they are on the property. Each child who arrives on the property must have a
guardian and that guardian accepts full liability and responsibility for the care and welfare of that child. The property
owner cannot be held liable or responsible for harm to you or other individual(s) from your carelessness, the
carelessness of the individual harmed, or the carelessness of others. The owner cannot be held liable or responsible
for any harm or damage caused by acts of nature or god. Each person who arrives on the property
accepts full responsibility for their own possessions.
18.      RV’s, Tents, & Campers:
No motorhomes or travel trailers may connect to a cabins water or electrical system. We ask that you do not allow
others to stay in campers or tents while you are staying with us. If you are found to be in violation of any of these rules
you may be asked to leave immediately and will not receive a refund.
19.      BBQ’s:
Are allowed, but may not be used in cabins or on porches.
20.      Hunting:
No hunting is permitted on the property.
21.      Behavior:
A behavior policy is necessary even though we have never had any problems nor do we expect any. Guests will be
asked to depart immediately at the owner’s request if the owner determines the guest’s behavior is “unacceptable”.
Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to: violence, verbal or physical abuse, inconsiderateness, not
heeding the owner’s requests or policies, act or acts that threaten the safety of others, loud music or any repetitive
noise that bothers other guests or the owners, public intoxication, annoyance of other guests, and bringing any
unauthorized animal. There will be no refunds of any amount if you are asked to leave..
